
It's an 8-pack, though. I was hesitant to buy it, but then they had it on sample [love that!]. It's fairly priced @$7.99 for 8 servings. The Vermont Maple Syrup is my favorite, but there is also some sort of berry flavor, with actual berries - not berry flavoring. It comes frozen in individual serving sizes, made to be microwaved. I know it sounds subpar, but trust me - It's AMAZING. It's the perfect consistency without having to add anything at all. HEY, AND they're steel cut. Do you know how long it takes to make those on your own?
For one 8oz Vermont Maple Syrup serving: 180 calories; 2.5 g fat; 0 g saturated fat; 0 mg cholesterol; 55 mg sodium; 35 g carbohydrates; 4 g fiber; 10 g sugar; 5 g protein; 4% calcium; 10% iron.

My CostCo in Alpharetta, GA has now stopped carrying this product. Bummer...
I too was a bit larry on this product. Well I bought it and had it this morning. YUM!!! I love love love this..
